Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using adhookvault.com ("the Site") and purchasing any products or services from AdHookVault ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

Products and Services

AdHookVault sells digital products (including but not limited to the Creative Intelligence System and Content Matrix) and creative strategy services. All products are delivered digitally.

Digital Products

• Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own business or professional purposes
• You may not redistribute, resell, share, or make the product available to others without written permission
• Products may not be used to create competing products or services
• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are provided at our sole discretion

Services

• Service engagements are governed by a separate statement of work or agreement provided before engagement begins
• Service pricing and scope are as quoted and agreed upon before work commences
• Deliverables remain the intellectual property of AdHookVault until full payment is received, at which point agreed-upon deliverables transfer to the client

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, design, and digital products, is the property of AdHookVault and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute purchased products
• Use our products to create directly competing offerings
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary methodologies for redistribution
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws
• Provide false information when making purchases

Payment

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdHookVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
